Providing outstanding service to our customers is very important to us here at Natures Support. Please find below information to assist you as follows;

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all of our products 100%.   If for any reason you wish to return your product for a refund,  just send it back to us in it's original condition within 30 days and we will refund you in full less postage and handling.

We are also happy to swap any product order if the size is incorrect and we won't charge you any freight on the re-shipped order.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.  You are welcome to read our full Privacy and Security Policy here.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to accept returns and provide a 100% refund should you wish to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Please read our full Returns and Refunds Policy here.

We are also happy to swap any product order if the size is incorrect and we won't charge you any freight on the re-shipped order.

Delivery - National and International Shipping

Natures Support delivers our products to customers world-wide. Natures support use reputable mail delivery and courier companies world-wide and provide a 'track and trace' service for all purchases. 

Please note that all orders take 5-7 days to process and ship within New Zealand.  For overseas orders, it may take a few extra days for your product to arrive.  We thank you for your patience and will endeavour to have your orders to you as quickly as possible.

New Zealand Delivery:

For delivery within New Zealand we charge a flat fee of $6.00 with the exception of our rugs.

For delivery of our Wild Fur Rugs within New Zealand, we charge $12.00 postage and handling.

We are also happy to swap any product order if the size is incorrect and we won't charge you any freight on the re-shipped order.

World-Wide Delivery:

For delivery world-wide, we charge a flat fee of $15.00 for all products with the exception of our rugs.  

For delivery of our Wild Fur Rugs world-wide, we charge $35.00 postage and handling. 

We are also happy to swap any product order if the size is incorrect and we won't charge you any freight on the re-shipped order.
